New Safety Products from Orbital Marine Services.

Through his avid interest in boating and his many discussions with boat owners, Orbital Fabrications’ Managing Director, Ian Pearson has become aware of the inadequate number of safety ladders fitted in marinas to help anyone who has fallen into the water get out easily.

Utilising Orbital Fabrications 20 years experience in computerised micro-TIG and manual welding and using the company’s relationship with the premier suppliers of stainless steel they have been able to produce a cost effective solution to this problem.

Available through Orbital Marine Services, a division of Orbital Fabrications Limited the Marina Safety Ladder is constructed from heavy duty, corrosion resistant, 316 Stainless Steel. Also available, is the Marina Safety Station which comes as standard fitted with a fire extinguisher box, lifebuoy and floating line. However it can also be fully customised to customer’s requirements. Items such as solar lighting, axe and first aid box are common additions.
